By downloading or using the game, these terms will automatically apply to you -- you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the game. You're not allowed to copy, or modify the game, any part of the game, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the game, and you also shouldn't try to translate the game into other languages, or make derivative versions. The game itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Self Labs, LLC.

User Accounts

The game creates an account on your behalf using an anonymous device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the game. If you lose access to your device, your game progress may be unrecoverable unless you have enabled cloud save synchronization. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game.
Manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores, game results, or any competitive data.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game or its server communications.
Interfere with or disrupt the game servers or other players' experience.
Use the game for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and removal of your leaderboard entries, without prior notice or refund.

The game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including AdMob. Ad content is determined by the ad network and may be personalized based on your device information and usage patterns. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

Internet Connectivity

The Seedz Vs Nutz game stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the game secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the Seedz Vs Nutz game won't work properly or at all.

If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the game, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the game.

Along the same lines, Self Labs, LLC cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the game i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged -- if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, Self Labs, LLC cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Self Labs, LLC's responsibility for your use of the game, when you're using the game, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Self Labs, LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the game.

Updates and Availability

At some point, we may wish to update the game. The game is currently available on Android and iOS -- the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the game to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep playing the game. Self Labs, LLC does not promise that it will always update the game so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android or iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the game when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the game, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the game, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Self Labs, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the game shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the game during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the game shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Denver, Colorado.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Self Labs, LLC.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
